Outbound Sales Representative – pharmaceutical
Responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers in the purpose of offering and selling products and services.
Meet the overall sales targets, performance targets and standards as specified in line with both company and client expectations.
Handle any customer queries and questions.
Obtain customer information such as name, address, payment method and credit card information
Enter details into the database as required.
Preferably with at least three months BPO sales experience (Lead Generation, Appointment Setting, Customer Service with Upsell)
Good telephone skills
Attention to detail for recording of call information
Amenable to work on shifting schedule
