•Must possess at least a Bachelors’ Degree in Accountancy, Banking or Finance•Preferably CPA•At least 2 years supervisory experience•Knowledgeable in the preparation and reconciliation of Financial Reports•Knowledgeable in Inventory, Cost Analysis, Budgeting, Cost Control Procedure•Updated with BIR Regulations•Works well under pressure, and can manage workloads effectively•Works with minimal supervision•Willing to work on extended hours•Possesses a high level of trustworthiness, and a strong sense of responsibility•Must be PASSIONATE, DRIVEN, INNOVATIVE, RESULTS-ORIENTED•Must be ENTREPRENEURIAL and a SELF-STARTER•Must be OPEN-MINDED and FLEXIBLE•Experience in real estate and construction accounting would be an advantage
