Job Requirements• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/Degree, any field• At least 1 year of working experience in Property/Real Estate• Applicants must be willing to work in Pasig City• Full-time position is available• Willing to start immediately Specific Duties and Responsibilities• Prepared buyer’s individual folder• Filling of all requirements submitted by the buyer• Ensures buyer’s record are properly filed – contracts, requirements, request• In-charge of contract preparation such as CTS and DOAS – collation of documents/annexes• Monitors and follow-up documents and contracts• Provide aftersales services, in relation to status of their account and request such as transfer of right/units, lots, redocumentation and others• Assist sellers on their inquiry on status of their sales and requirements follow-upSend resumes to hr.joanaordonez@gmail.com
