Description:
Responsibilities: •Assist in the registration of patients, appointment bookings & general enquires.•Archival and retrieval of private and confidential information of customers.•Manage cash register and petty cash book. •Attending to walk-in patient, billing & cashiering duties. •Manage bookings for services/treatments. •Handle outlet facilities to ensure proper working condition. •Attend to customers’ complaints with good customer service skills. •Other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time. Requirements: •Only Singaporeans, Singapore PRs and Work Permit Holders are eligible to apply •Willing to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays. •Basic Microsoft office knowledge. •Detailed, hardworking, independent & able to multitask.
