•Assist in the registration of patients, appointment bookings & general enquires.
•Archival and retrieval of private and confidential information of customers.
•Manage cash register and petty cash book.
•Attending to walk-in patient, billing & cashiering duties.
•Manage bookings for services/treatments.
•Handle outlet facilities to ensure proper working condition.
•Attend to customers’ complaints with good customer service skills.
•Other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.

•Willing to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays.
•Basic Microsoft office knowledge.
•Detailed, hardworking, independent & able to multitask.
