We are a law firm seeking experienced and motivated individuals to join us
as legal secretary/paralegal to assist on administrative and legal functions.
The Job scope involves attending to matter management (e.g. file opening
and closing), bills, receipts, preparation of legal documents or
correspondence preparation and online filings with relevant authorities,
bills and receipts, general office administration, calendar management of
lawyers, managing office suppliers and other secretarial/administrative
duties. Only applicants with minimum 3 years’ working experience need
apply. Organised and responsible with a good command of spoken and
written English. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint. We
provide a conducive environment and relevant training to the successful
applicant. Remuneration will commensurate with experience and
qualifications. Prior experience in law firms are preferred.
