Position The role of Technical Support Executive position based in Singapore is currently available to provide customer support for call request from clients. You will be also performing onsite installation, supporting customer inquiries, educating customers on our service offerings and providing product demonstrations as and when required. Have a passion for technical repair works. Responsibilities. Investigate and resolve incoming questions (phone and email) and issue in a timely and effective manner.. Technical repair work for telecommunication equipment (such as mobile phone, walkie talkie and etc.) . Provide technical training in house training for staff and for clients onsite. Programming of specific frequencies approved by IMDA to clients’ transceivers. Checking all transceivers and supporting accessories are in working condition for clients’ events· Strong Customer service skills . Good oral and written communication skills with both technical and non-technical aspects· Able to multi-task and manage priorities effectively· Exhibit high ethical standards and code of conduct. Ad Hoc tasks Requirement. N level / O level /ITE. Technical background will be an added advantage. Possess Class 3 driving licence. Knowledge of MS Office. Able to converse in Mandarin. Be part of a team . Age limit: max 60 years .
