I am Florante J. Lacebal a graduate of  Philippine School of Business Administration with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Business Admi nistration major in Accounting. Passed the Real Estate Broker's exam in 1978.From 1978 to 1989, I am the Vice-President of Trans-Phil Group of Companies and Vice-President of Manila Credit Corp. from 1991 to 2004.   I rejoined Manila Credit Corp. and Trans-Phil House Corp. as  Vice-President. until to date.
