We connect suppliers, industry retailers, producers and targeted customers — all in one place. About the Role We are looking for reliable and motivated individuals to work in London as Online Retail Assistants. We have two positions available: one full-time and one part-time.  Responsibilities: · Provide general support to visitors of the platform in written or by phone· Advice the most suitable products in addition to the main product in the order· Manage the correspondence with customers· Making short written reviews on products Requirements · Proven experience as an Shop Assistant (Online or Offline), or Customer Service Assistant· Knowledge of Product· Attention to detail and problem-solving skills· Excellent written and verbal communication skills Schedule: Monday to Friday Lara Morgan
