My husband and i are looking to relocate to south wales, Newport or cwmbran prefered but would consider other areas. We need a property with a secure garden as we have pets but no children and would be unemployed if we did move. At present we rent privately and pay £425 a calender month and are not looking to pay more than that as we know we can do that while looking for work.
