property preservation companies and help you grow your business. We have an immediate need for
qualified, independent property preservation contractors to perform a variety of services on vacant
residential properties – services such as:
•Debris removal and disposal
•Yard maintenance
•Interior cleaning
•Minor deck, fence, gutter and step repairs, etc.
•Winterizations/De-winterizations
•Securing
•Snow removal
•Repair to windows/re-glazing
•Hazard abatement
•Exterior door replacement
•Weekly lawn/exterior services
•Monthly re-cleaning
Requirements:
Certificate of Insurance for $1,000,000, pass Sentinel’s background check, direct deposit, property
preservation equipment, digital camera or mobile device, computer, timely completion of work, ability
to follow instructions, and great communication skills.
