- Answer basic customer questions about installation, operation, system administration, networking configuration, customization, and usage of assigned products.- Apply basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend solutions to correct common failures.- Escalates complex problems to the Tech Team Lead, TAM, Engineering staff, or Field Engineering.- Provide updates to the problem request/management tracking system.- Update customers on order status and RMA.- Act as company liaison- Periodic cabling work to include the installation of new cable runs as well as the maintenance, administration, labeling and troubleshooting of existing cable infrastructure
