Hey ladies! or Gents!
Looking to get back into shape over the next 6 weeks
so I am participating in an online boot camp/challenge
grp. I want to try something new and have
accountability and would like to do this with people who
share my same goals and mind set
The first one is going to be about 6 weeks(strength
building with cardio mixed in), then a follow up 30 day
training camp for running a virtual 5k. These are all
streaming work outs, so you can do them anywhere and
anytime and then we would be discussing progress,
chatting, logging our work outs etc.
I have a few friends/fam that are doing this with me but
the more the merrier and again, looking for people who
really want to start taking this seriously and looking for
I can give you more info of course.
